What's New

HyperBot 5.3.0

Headlined by two brand-new casino games — Crash, a multiplayer table where everyone rides the same climbing multiplier and cashes out on their own terms, and Plinko, with three risk tiers and a live animated drop. The rest is a quality-of-life update to the casino, economy and moderation tools from 5.2.0. Casino tournaments now have their own blackjack, roulette and poker played from your tournament stack rather than your wallet. The live season leaderboard finally agrees everywhere, net winnings are ranked by percentage gain so a bigger bankroll is no longer a head start, plus a brand-new win/loss ranking for players who'd rather be judged on results than on how much they've wagered. Chatting, voice and linked-Twitch income all pay out a lot more now, new wallets start at $1,500 instead of $100, a new Double Drop Rate button lets you double your Twitch income rate for 12 hours once a month, Timeout Appeals gets a per-server off switch, the slots max wager jumps from $100 to $2,500, and All or Nothing has been retired. Quests get a casino-flavored refresh and a new weekly tier, the casino gains a bet history and a status command, and a comeback bonus rewards you for returning after a week away.

At The Casino

Two new games, playable tournaments, and fairer season rankings

New Game: Crash

Free

/games crashtable — up to 6 players share one climbing multiplier that starts at 1.00× and keeps rising until it crashes. Tap Cash Out whenever you want to lock in that multiplier — wait too long and you lose your wager when it crashes. Every target multiplier pays back the same ~97% on average, so there's no "safer" number to aim for. The host starts the first round; after that, rounds auto-start every 30 seconds.

New Game: Plinko

Free

/games plinko — drop a ball down an 8-row peg board and watch it land in one of 9 payout buckets, revealed live as it bounces. Pick your risk before you drop: Low risk keeps payouts steady (0.49×–5.49×), High risk swings big (0.2×–28.4×) for the same wager. A "Drop Again" button re-runs your last wager and risk tier instantly.

New Season Metric: Win/Loss

Free

Every season ranking so far has been about money — biggest wager, biggest win, net winnings. win_loss ranks players purely on hands won versus hands lost instead, for the players who'd rather be judged on whether they're actually winning than on how much they're moving through the tables. Covers blackjack, poker, roulette, baccarat, craps, crash and uno, across solo, high-stakes and multiplayer table variants. You'll need 20 hands under your belt to appear on this board, so one lucky night can't top a month of consistent play.

Tournaments You Can Actually Play In

Free

Tournaments used to rank you on whatever you happened to play in the normal casino. Now they have their own games: /tournament blackjack, /tournament roulette and /tournament poker all play from your tournament stack instead of your real wallet, so a tournament can't cost you anything beyond the buy-in you already paid — and can't be won by whoever happens to have the deepest wallet. /tournament stack shows what you have left. Poker is five-card draw with the paytable shown right on the hand, so choosing what to hold is a real decision. Your normal /games play is untouched and doesn't count toward the tournament.

Season Rankings Are Fairer to Newer Players

Free

The net-winnings season metric used to rank on raw dollars, which really just ranked bankrolls — someone playing $10,000 hands beats someone playing $50 hands without playing any better. It now ranks on percentage gain against the balance you started the season with, so a new player having a great month can win a season outright. Shown as "Net % Gain/Loss" wherever seasons appear.

Live Standings Fixed for Down Seasons

Free

If everyone in a season was down for the month, the net-winnings leaderboard used to show nobody at all — a player just had to have played to qualify, not be in the black. Fixed in both /season and the dashboard's live standings, which also now shows the same top 10 Discord does, up from top 5.

Economy

Passive income, way up

Chatting & Voice Now Pay Much More

Free

Members with your server's economy role now earn $6 per message (up from $0.25, still limited to once per member every 60 seconds) and $6 per minute spent in voice channels (up from $0.50) — a straightforward, no-setup boost to how fast everyone builds up their wallet just by hanging out in your server. That base rate now also scales with your prestige rank's daily multiplier — the same boost /economy daily already gave prestige players — so ranking up prestige pays off passively too, not just on your daily claim.

Higher Starting Balance

Free

Every brand-new wallet now starts at $1,500, up from $100 — new members have real money to play with from their very first message, instead of needing to grind or wait for a daily claim first. The same $1,500 is also what a full wallet reset restores, so a "fresh start" account and a genuinely new one now look identical.

Twitch Watch-to-Earn Pays Much More

Free

Viewers who link their Discord and Twitch accounts with /economy link now earn $5.00 per minute of chatting while your linked channel is live (up from $0.50), with the daily cap per viewer raised from $100 to $50,000. No setup needed beyond having Twitch Casino Rewards already turned on.

New: Double Drop Rate

Free

A new button right next to your Twitch channel setting lets you double your viewers' watch-to-earn rate — $5.00 → $10.00 per minute — for the next 12 hours. Save it for a big stream. It only affects the rate, not the $50,000/day cap per viewer, and it's available once every 30 days per server.

New: Comeback Bonus

Free

Been away from the casino for a week or more? Your next /economy daily claim comes with a one-time +$500 "welcome back" bonus on top of the usual payout — no setup, no opt-in, it just shows up the next time you claim.

Quests & Casino Tools

A weekly tier, casino quests, and two new lookups

Quests, Refreshed — Now With a Weekly Tier

Free

The old "send 25 messages" and "react to 10 messages" quests are gone — replaced with six new casino quests (play hands, win hands) that track your play across blackjack, poker, roulette, baccarat, craps and uno. Voice-time and voice-game quests are unchanged. /quests also gains a weekly tier alongside the daily one: three bigger quests with much bigger payouts, resetting every Monday instead of every night, and paid out on top of — not counted against — your daily earning cap. Rewards still land in your wallet the moment a quest finishes, no claim step.

New: /economy history

Free

See your last 15 casino wagers and payouts at a glance — what you played, what you won or lost, and when — plus your lifetime totals: hands played, wagered, won, net, and your biggest win. Your casino wallet is shared across every server, so this is a lifetime record, not a per-server one.

New: /economy status

Free

One command for your daily claim status, current streak, prestige rank, active game booster and how close you are to today's earning cap — everything you'd otherwise have to check across three different commands, in a single reply. If your daily is ready to claim, it now shows the exact dollar amount you'll get — booster, prestige and streak already factored in — instead of just telling you it's ready.

Moderation

One new switch

Timeout Appeals — Now Optional

Free

Timeout Appeals from 5.2.0 always DM'd an "Appeal this timeout" button to anyone timed out. A new checkbox on the Mod Activity tab's Timeout Appeals card lets you switch that off for your server — on by default, matching how it already worked, so nothing changes unless you turn it off. Appeals already in progress aren't affected either way.

Also New

Smaller fixes and improvements
Twitch AutoMod — fewer false flagsShort blocked words (2-3 characters) used to fire inside innocent words that merely contained them — "shore" tripping a block on "ho". They're now matched as whole words only, so they still catch the real thing without the false alarms. Longer blocked words are unchanged and still see through spacing and leetspeak tricks.
Free
All or Nothing removed/games allornothing — risk your entire balance on one coin flip — has been retired. Every other game is unaffected.
Free
Slots max wagerRaised from $100 to $2,500 per spin.
Free

Everything in this update is either on by default with no behavior change, or an opt-out you control from the dashboard. There's nothing to configure to keep your server working exactly as it did on 5.2.0.
